The Makeup And Beauty Connect Series

Hi guys,

As you may know last week was the Nokia Social media network week Here In Lagos,Nigeria and there was a series of event from Monday to Saturday and there was a programs that was been hosted everyday.

Anyho, Sunday was "The Makeup and Beauty Connect Series"which was a free admission for all Beauty and Makeup Bloggers and it was pretty much a recap of what was discussed of the beauty unplugged which was hosted on Friday at the Social Media Network Week  the event was on the mainland which was very accessible for everybody; so as expected the turn out was phenomenal and I met a lot of beauty Bloggers 

 I was late for the event as per African time but that was because I had a 60^th birthday party to attend to in Agege before heading down to Ikeja and trust me that Movement wasn't but hey "its better late than never"

On arriving the event had ended but Yemisi (beauty and makeup blogger) gave me a recap of what was discussed which was how to maximize the use of social media to improve and Enhance your Brand.

I think the event was sponsored by “Sleek Makeup” but I think the Nigeria brand is called SLEEK STUDIO and trust me I have never ever received so much Makeup products before but I will be reviewing them to give my honest feedback and probably do a tutorials on my Youtube with the Products. I Already started using the Facial products last night!!!

I had so much fun interacting and getting to know More Nigerian beauty bloggers whilst forming an online community.

21...LAST FEW DAYS

So Monday is here again and am calmly sitting here at the office blogging away as I am quite tired and Lazy today.It has been one hell of a weekend very stressful but I kinda enjoyed it yanoe, Hope you all had a good weekend?

Its the last day of September and I am tring to figure out where this month flew too but no recollection LOL but anyways I thank God for waking me up today and being alive is one thing am constantly grateful For.

So down to business October is here within the next 24 hours and I really like this month Not just because its My birth Month but Nigeria Independence day is on the 1st of October as well as I share this month with so many bloggers and Celebrities ; my Graduation Ceremony is later on this month * EXCITED*.

I have lived for two decades and that is worth being thankful for because I know a lot of people didn't live as long as I have lived Not that am too righteous but I feel worthy of his unending love in my Life,Thank you JESUS.I have achieved a lot this past year such as graduating from Uni with a Bsc honors degree and acquiring a Job as a sales and Marketing Officer and life has been really good to me in general and God has really backed me up.

Now am turning 22 I want to accomplish so much and continue to Grow both in wisdom,knowledge and Understanding and God should Bring the man of my dreams to me quick quick ooo abi who doesn't want to be on bella naija LOL....I know wedding is a day affair marriage is life time commitment but the faster the guy comes along nau yanoe....LOL but yanoe I kinda feel that's whats missing to Complete everything in My life right now. Having a Nigerian parent aint making it any easier ; as in the whole family is on my Neck to bring a Guy/Man home so they can see and Access( to see if he is suitable and worthy of their daughter LOL).In a way am not bothered about it but i feel the pressure coming on strongly nau especially when they say " what you are selling will soon finish then you wont have someone to call you again" *SIGHS* or when they say "your friends at this age are getting married or have a steady boyfriend and you are here saying am taking my time". They Dont understand the philosophy and fail to realize time has changed but here,God with bring my own Boaz in which I will proudly Boast off when the time is right.

I turn 22 this Sunday and I have no clue whatsoever on how I intend to Celebrate as I am not in the Celebrating spirit at all, I dunno why but i think i will just treat my self to something nice and wait till my graduation get together before I celebrate hopefully am in a better mood by then.

I wont bore you any longer with my monday Blues and Urghh and Ahhhh Moments but what is a blog post without  Pictures??? I share with you Below some outfits I rocked for the past and last few days of been 21 years old...I wont be 21 ever again ?*sobs* but time to Move on and see what Life has to throw at me #22
