SLEEK STUDIO LIP STAINS | SWATCHES & REVIEW

Hey dolls,

I have a review/Lip-swatch for Sleek Studio flash "n" pout ,Its under the Sleek makeup brand but this is the African brand.I Received these Lip stains a couple of months ago at a Makeup fair In Ikeja ,Lagos...I finally had time to review and swatch these Lip stains although I had tried on "Duke" previously and I actually wore it out,It was really daring but I Liked it and its my personal favorite among-st the six.

These Lip stains are quite thick but it glides on really well on the lips and it takes about 3-4 minutes to dry up.They also have a LED light which i think is super cool just in case you in the Dark and you need to use it; Although one thing I noticed is that If you need to reapply;you have to take the previously applied lip stain off and reapply. For this swatches I didn't use a Lip-liner I just applied it directly but it can be used with a Lip-liner.

Is it Comparable to Sleek Pout Paint? Yes it is and the colors are Quite similar but flash"n"pout is much more thicker to apply on the lips than the "Pout Paint"

DUKE -Dark Vampy Purple Color(My Personal Favourite)

REVOLUTION- Bright orange color but can be toned down with a lipliner

NOVELTY- bright Pink lipstain

COINED-  Glossy shimmer gold color

FORBIDDEN- Matte papaya color

SIREN- A reddish orangey lip color

PURPLE PETALS

Purple Petals,Hmm reminds you of flowers right??!

Well I wore this Outfit to a Wedding today although the aso-ebi colors was a mix of peach and Purple and Y'oll know how much aso-ebi costs these days so I decided to improvise and Sow my own Outfit which is coming out in My 'ironbuba' (top and wrapper) Collection coming out very soon.

I personally love these Silk Material I used to sow this outfit and the Buba (top) was very fitted in an oleku Style and the Iro (wrapper) was just a basic Iro but I tied in in a tulip style which is a common trend nowadays of tying your wrapper in Lagos,It can be tied in the front or to the side,whichever you feel comfortable with,but its pretty simple and easy to tie the wrapper.

I also paired this outfit with a Black shoe and Bag and some statement necklace just to give it that sophisticated and Classy look!!!

TARTAN FEVER

Hi Dolls,

This season Tartan,Plaids and Dog-tooth Outfit has been trending like no man business,As in everywhere I turn too I see tartan but  lately I got addicted,Actually ill rephrase that I got the fever,It looks so nice on everybody,The details just catches your attention and in a way they are kinda festive for this period; Tartan that is!

I find myself shopping for tartan ALOT lately and I decided why not showcase some of my tartan fever to my readers and How it can be combined for an everyday look with a hint of Class YET sexy in a way ( hope you get my drift) * winks*

May i mention that all the clothing,shoes and bags were all purchased from Primark (Some from ages ago) But the Tartan shirt can still be found in Primark for €15,May I say Primark does have some amazing clothes lately its mind-blowing what you would find in Primark these days and they are really good with Their Dupe products such as these Zara Replica handbag which was on sale for just €5.
I am very in love with tartan this season and will definitely be wearing it for quite a while,mixing it up with the trouser plaids,jeans and leggings.

December...Be thankful

Happy new month everybody!!!!

Wow so it's the last month of 2013...just decided to do a really short post just to catch up with you guys been a while since i got personal!!! Woke up this morning to the sad news that Paul Walker from Fast and furious died in a car crash which was so upsetting and it just makes you think back,take a pause to appreciate life and enjoy the simplest things in life; because life is too short to worry too much or hold a grudge against another human...

Moving on...December the season to be jolly,the month of giving and receiving so many gifts and presents. It's been getting so busy in all the stores lately trying to get the Christmas shopping done it time and its been getting so so busy at work!!!I hope to get all my shopping done in time although I do aim to treat myself to a new canon 600D (t4i) and to enjoy the holiday season with the family...
